BULLDOGS

I would like to thank the society for inviting me to judge at one of my favourite shows. I found all exhibits to be healthy specimens of the breed, devoid of any exaggerations or physical impairments.

Thank you to all the exhibitors who entered under me and accepted my placing's graciously.

Puppy. 9 (2a)

1.        White & Grady's Quintic Dora at Purebully, 7 ½ mth red br/wh pretty, feminine bitch,broad head with just the right amount of work. Clear dark eyes, small rose ears, true jaw, large nose with open nostrils, good reach of neck, broad tacked on shoulders, straight square front, correct length of leg, neat feet. Nice body shape, & big rib. Good topline and strong rear end with healthy mobile tail, adequate bend of stifle, moved well, should have a bright future. BP, G2

2.        Smith's Senidan Premier Lad, red/wh 6mth dog, a real baby but such an eye catcher, with a lovely happy disposition. Super  head and expression with good  pigment, beautiful upturn of jaw and correct dentition, not over done with wrinkle, dark eyes, large nose, square front, straight bone and nice tight feet. Good reach of neck & lay of shoulder, well tacked on. Ample rib & good body shape, pleasing  topline, mobile tail, nice bend of stifle and low set hocks. Moved with rolling gait. One definitely to watch as he matures.

3.        Lamont's Laroyal Luther King

1.        Ashdown & Burchell's Jaminic Specifically for Dannoble, 2yr old red standard sized bitch. Brick shaped head with dark eye, nice jaw and expression. Good length of neck, straight front & neat feet,  deep brisket & big ribs, moved well,  RBOB

2.        Walker's Jaminic Ovation, 20 mth red dog of standard size, masculine head, not overdone, dark eye and sour expression, pear shaped body and nice feet, moved well just lacked sparkle today.

1.  Lamont's Laroyal First Lady of Rock JW, red/wh 2 ½ yr bitch, such a show girl, beautiful expressive head with sour mug expression, clear eyes, rose ears, good reach of neck & lovely straight front with enough bone. Tight feet, well let down brisket and big ribs, strong muscular rear end with lovely turn of stifle and let down hocks, excels on the move proving health & fitness. BOB, G4

 2.  Ashdown & Burchell's Jaminic Speculation at Dannoble, 3 ½ yr old dark red dog of standard size, large head with plenty of fine wrinkle, dark, eyes, rose ears. Powerful body with nice pear shape, sound mover.
